WP3-R&D Mobility Fund | Research update: business models for autonomous vehicles

Our research output from the Bright Sky Project has been officially published in IEEE Xplore. The paper is authored by Erlangga Sunaryo, Catya Zuniga from HvA, and Gijs Bartelet from Vanderlande. This work explores potential business models for autonomous vehicles in airside operations, focusing on the future value proposition, value capture, and value delivery for current and potential key stakeholders in airside automation.

The findings were presented at The XIX International Scientific Conference - New Trends in Aviation Development 2024 (NTAD) in Starý Smokovec, Slovakia, in November 2024, and received positive feedback and comments.

We hope our contribution provides valuable insights to researchers, practitioners, and policymakers involved in the development of automation at airports and in the broader aviation industry.
